Instead of having multiple comet icons for various profiles desired I wrote a profile picker. Instead of launching comet.exe you can launch this executable and it reads the command line arguments. If the /PN= info is there it executes 'comet.exe' with the /pn= paramter. If there is no startup parameter a little window pops up with available profiles. The operator then double clicks the profile they want and comet launches with that PN argument. It was written in vb.net and the entire solution is uploaded. If you can improve on it please upload the enhancements. The executable must ran from the same folder as comet.exe and the comet.ini. I am new at vb.net so be gentle with criticism.
This could enable your organization to have your own executable and icon. You could copy files prior to comet launching.
