The way to interpret excp is: "this is the last excp that this partition ever received".

There is a "bunch" of system information that is like this. If you notice a Qenditor output, you can see this.

Lets say you got an error on a DOS call. The LUN information has nothing to do with a DOS call, but we still report it. It means, "this is the last LUN the program dealt with".

The EXCP variable is no exception (Couldn't help it ;-) ). EXCP seldom (never) gets set to zero.
