The refresh is something I added last week so I wouldn't have to keep refreshing the page to see if anyone had posted anything new. I use IE7 and have never received the "page not found" message. If the refresh is bothersome to many of you I will remove it. I keep the forum page up all day but didn't expect any of you did. It just seemed easier to have it auto-refresh.
