This error is generated when a server (CometLib in this case) is unable to process messages because it has been blocked by another application. In this case, the other application must be Comet Explorer or one of its utilities. At this point it's really difficult to say what happenned or with what program. I've had this happen with other applications when starting more than one instance at or near the same time. It seems to happen more when I use the Windows Quick-Launch bar and accidentally double click an icon that needs only one click to start.
