We have already replaced the network switch, the NIC in the server and the patch cable from the switch to the server and we are still seeing the error. The strange thing here is when a Comet workstation gets this time-out error and just hangs or cant reconnect to Comet, the PC can browse the network and see the Comet Directories just fine. It can also get out to the internet and print to a network printer. If the PC (Comet workstation) there is only having a problem connecting to the Comet Server program(s) it seems to me it would have to be in either the Comet Server, workstation or Cfam programs.

I will install the upgrade you recommend and let you know what happens.
