What am I doing wrong?

I put up an additional security server on my local machine, installed the new license for this machine/plug, it shows 1 license.

I modified my ini file to include N02,TCP,L,ip address; and sysgen'ed it.

Comet starts up finds the file server and the security server. The security server shows me that I am securing, the log file (attached) shows me "Success: Security Server Version 3.06, the DIR Adds are done, I get the message "Directory verification complete" but the client gives me a "Comet Shutdown Explanation" window TCP Security Violation.

What do I do?
