I've passed this info to the client. However, the problem does not appear to be fatal to the machine. They've been able to walk over to the ca host, restart comet and all works ok until the next time. My gut feeling is that by the time they noticed the 'not responding' message and go to the host, that the problem would resolve itself and pinging the host will be successful. FYI - this is now the 3rd machine that we've put the ca host on. This is a brand new machine. Anyhow, will forward any additional information to you once I get it.
