I have a user with LCX and LNX printer names. LCX is compressed ? printer and LNX is normal print for ? printer. Since the upgrade to 2007, they are consistently getting error 31 or error 30, which gives a file unavailable on the open - even if they are the only ones in comet with only 1 session open. Once they get this, they also have a problem going to the HTML printer. When this occurs, if another user comes into Comet, they will also get the error 31 or error 30 for the LCX or LNX printer. They insist no one is printing to an LCX or LNX printer at the time the error occurs. Any ideas?
