Was sure I'd changed the "server =" in the FAX.INI. Oh well. Fax sent successfully.
On TMP, the first fax created FAX.LOG and FAX25335.FAX. The second (good) fax created FAX1.LOG and FAX71003.FAX. The LOG files only contain the start time. The date/time on the .FAX file gives that. Are you going to add more info. If yes, how about making the 8 of the 8.3 match. That would keep the two files as a matched set. Easier debugging.
My workstation also has a local fax. Nice if I could access it via FaxPtr.
Could "server =" also use IP's.
