I use ver 8 and ver 10 Pro, you need to determine if you want the web front end (enterprise), the pro came with a 5 user license for the enterprise (5 concurrent users). It's clunky but good. I have hundreds of crystal reports that run from both flat (.csv) files created in comet as well as from an MS SQL and Oracle SQL server. We nightly import the data to the MS SQL server from comet as our data warehouse.

It is also very straight forward to use the current report generator to spit out the CSV and launch the report in Crystal. I tried, but never found a need to use the OLE-DB option.

Give me a call if you want to discuss it more.
