Get rid of that preview screen. All of this is configurable from properties/printing preferences.
Under the Setup tab, check "do not show dialog" and uncheck all options under "When PDF file is ready".
Under the settings tab, check "Auto Save the most recent xx sessions" uncheck "Ask before saving..." and uncheck "Always save to a unique file name".
