I believe what Jim is trying to imply is one of the THIRD party developers/dealers of Comet Software.
Not a "developer" that works directly for Signature Systems.
Signature only develops the Operating System "Comet".
Signature does not develop application software that runs under Comet which is what it sounds like Doug is asking about.
