Steve I agree with you, but try and decompile Qantel's QMRP is see what happens to you. THe decompiler is a absolutely needed to support users that do not have source but their dealers or owner's of the software no longer exist. The best way to satisfy all parties is for Jim to write something into the compiler which will not allow decompilation for a time period, perhaps a year or two. If the owner of the software does not release a new version then they can assume to be dead and all bet's are of. But most important we need to be able to decompile QIC programs to convert to IB as necessary, the cutoff for Gleason could be Qantel release 15 or 16 or even earlier should be OK.
