Hi Les. The change we made to COSP was to give it the ability to recognize newer version of PdfFactory. That change was made part of all subsequent releases. If you're having problems again it may be for a different reason. If you use REGEDIT to export (regedit "file" menu) the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FinePrint Software", I'll take a look at it for you.
