Change the method of printing for a CometAnywhere customer. In the past the customer had pre-printed documents/tickets and we simply printed data on the form. This year I talked them into creating the form, printing the Bit Map, and printing the data on the form as one process. Well, it is taking 1.5 minutes per document/ticket. They are on a dial-up Internet connection. But this was the same connection in the past, when they were printing JUST data, the printing went much quicker.
It appears that CometAnywhere is having to pull the form and Bit Map on each document/ticket before printing the data portion.
So, is there a solution to this scenario? Currently the Bit Map is getting transferred to the local PC, so it is resident. What should I be checking on the customers PC?
