We have one customer, Bennison suffering from this. A brand spanking new Dell PE2900 Intel Dual Core 4GB memory with an intergrated Broadcom network card, Windows 2003 SP2. I applied the patch and it seemed to go away for nearly a week but returned yesterday. Happy to supply any logs from the server if it will help.
BTW we have been running W2003 SP2 for months on our development server without a problem. Older hardware. If there was a hardware option on the network card that could be disabled perhaps that would help. Of course we'd have to know which one.
