Usually, I use a RDP "connectoid" to attached to a customer's server. I don't get the "/console" option but I can edit the "connectoid" to attach local drives and printers. When I install an upgrade to Comet, I stop CometServices, do the install and stat CometServices. Can't see the tray icons but that's not usually a problem.

I've also tried "mstsc /v:123.123.123.123 /console /w:1024 /h:756". Works when I use my laptop, but not from my problem office workstation. After looking at "mstsc /?", I've found that I can adapt the "mstsc" to do both. Replace the "/v:ssasd" with the path to the RDP file. That gets both the /console and the RDP file, printers options.
