OK the .ini file looks good. Now just because the file server is starting up doesn't necessarily mean the Comet services are working properly. There are other ways the file server could be started. I suggest you try using the Windows Services utility ControlPanel->AdministrativeTools->Services to "restart" the Comet services. This will test CometNTService.exe. See if that restarts both CFileSrv and CSecSrv. If neither restart then we'll have to take a look at the "Properties" of the CometServices. If CFileSrv starts but not CSecSrv then check to see if you have a shortcut to CFileSrv.exe in the startup folder. Delete it if you do as that could be what's causing the file server to start. If when you restart the services CFileSrv starts and CSecSrv does not, well we'll deal with that if we get there :-)
