Would like a method, to TRAP the the event when the user attempts to close Comet or CometAnywhere.
Whether they do it by clicking the X box, or the menu file exit, or any other way. If Comet/CA is shutting down, would want the IB program to be able to know about it.
(Or perhaps even if it is shutdown with the 'new' autoclose feature)
This is to allow an IB program to "gracefully" close out of its application.
