In the past I have used a Signature furnished program, in either REL or UTL,that will validate that the USB is working and confirm the ID # on a USB dongle.
As I recall I plugged in the USB dongle in question and simple executed, via Explorer, the program.
I cannot remember the name of this program.
Does the program still exist in the latest REL or UTL?
If so, what is the name of this program or is there another method of verifying a USB dongle?
