In my UE setup I see the hammers under Advanced. I also have a Comet toolbar (mine, Jims's ???) that has assigned the right icons.
Right click in the tool bar area and see if you have a Comet toolbar that's unchecked. If not, you can go thru Customize and build one. In the Customize/Commands/Advanced list the tools 1-8 show with the Comet icon.
