We recommend always using the CometExplorer version of a utility. We have done our best to prevent problems with use of the older ones but this means that in some cases they won't process extended keyed files. In those cases you should see a warning on the screen. For example, the old FILECHK tells you that extended keyed files won't be included in the check. Likewise for DELCHK and CLEAR.
