Yes, CopyFile should work even with an extension on the filename. Perhaps it would be helpful if you show us exactly what the source and destination paths are at the time of the CopyFile. The last CopyFile problem corrected was in fact an infinite loop if the src and dest were the same. This was corrected in .382 so please be certain the workstation getting the error is indeed running the latest Comet client.
