NTVDM revisited

Same server as my last post on this. Windows 2003 R2 running terminal service licensing, not terminal services. Comet failed to start with the error NTVDM.exe has encountered a hard error. We unistalled comet then reinstalled comet now it works again. rebooting didn't help. Is there a problem with terminal service licenseing and comet?
