re: change in utl 07.03: where is the dbmgr.dll attempting to download to? An alias or one of the windows temp directories. One of my clients recently updated to the latest and is getting a copyfile error 22,5 when starting up. I am assuming it is a rights issue.
from the utl documentation:
Changed all of the Data Express programs to transfer the .dll and any required .bmp files to the workstation so they can be loaded locally. Previously this was only done for CometAnywhere clients.
