This is caused by the fact that I can only change the state of the keyboard for the current thread. Also, the keyboard indicators may remain unchanged which is why other sessions don't seem to respond correctly. This is due to the limited facilities provided for Windows. There is a new function that was introduced with Windows2K that works better. I will try to impliment it for a later release.
