Mike sent the prior message on behalf of me. I am doing programming on the Physical Inventory Module where I have Scanner Guns scan all of the Items and/or Serial Numbers. When the User wants to update they run a single program, I then 'Launch' the pc.program.exe and do the download to the Comet or Cometanywhere System and then I need a way to tell (in the comet world) when the pc.program is done downloading. Any of the error messages indicate if the file is still open by any other user or do you know of some other method that would accomplish this. I am trying to make this as simple for the client as possible.
