Would be nice to nuke a user from the Comet console. But, I don't think there's a way.

Take a look at "Shutdown". If you have remote/admin access to the offending user, you can force running apps to close and even reboot their PC.

"Shutdown -f -r -m \\ComputerName" this does a force close of apps followed by a reboot.

"Shutdown /?" gets you a help screen.
