Kimberleigh: Can you copy the file using QTILTY #4? If you can, can you then read the copied file? If you can, try renaming the original file to a different name, QTILITY Copy it back to the original name, verify that the original works, then delete the copy.
If the copy fails, let me know. I have something else you can try.
