Hung connections

CAW connected to a customer. Not quite up to date. Will remedy in the morning. Several workstaions were showing multiple connections. The two PC's have Comet closed Friday night but are left on. SalesR had three connections and SalesL had two. See attached.

Had the customer close Comet and reboot the PC. One connection reset and one went away.

Is the node name case sensitive? I thought SalesR and SALESR were the same.
