CFAM Server, Phantom Session...>

CFAM server 7.05 and Comet2k7 385. User calls up with an error "Can't erase open file." They actually first got the error on Tuesday but didn't get around to trying to resolve it until today. Did a WhoHas & determined Node number. Had them exit Comet. WhoHas still shows file in use. Had all Comets closed. WhoHas still shows file in use. CFAM logout all users was done, WhoHas still shows file
in use. Had to stop the services & restart to free up. This has been posted up numerous times, including by Alvin & Jon. Tom.
