Whatever "Offload TCP Segmentation" does. You probably don't want it turned on. From MSFT download I recieved an upgrade, from Intel, for the 82559 Fast Ethernet LAN on Motherboard. I have this NIC in my SBS 2003 SP1 server. After upgrading, I read the RelNotes. The feature was set to on. No idea what the prior setting had been.

This driver upgrade is also for XP. If you follow the warning you'll see Intel's recommendation to turn this feature off.

This seems to be part of the "offloading" from the CPU to the NIC that has already been a problem. Check Jim's reference to the "Offloading Checksum" problem.
