(1) I don't have the instruction in my help either. I believe I got the information as the result of doing another project and I was pointed to a comet demo program that had this option in it.
(2) My understanding of the pi.dmcopies is to create identical copies. It does not allow the printing of the office copy, customer copy. If you want to do this (which I do in many situations) is that you need to generate the entire form over again. When I first starting doing laser forms in the QANTEL world, I programmed the Xerox laser printer that had a MERGE command. LOVED IT. Basically, you could draw the form in the printer's memory. After that you sent a MERGE commmand. From that point on, you treated the laser printer like a dot matrix printer. You only had to send it the data that filled in the boxes etc. Was disappointed when I moved to the less expensive laser printers that did not have this function.
