There is nothing in CosW to prevent the /keyfile command from working from session 0 (I just tested to make sure). If you're using a custom QMONITOR it may interfere with the keyfile processing if it looks for a pending read from the terminal. If you're running Comet.exe, does running CosW.exe directly change this behavior? As for a pause function, there is no work currently planned in that area. Another solution might be to launch a second session from the first session with the new /keyfile.
