A while ago I reported that I made a change to an INI file, sysgened and did not see the effect of the change until I restarted Comet two or three times.
Today I read about a problem with Windows 2000 server and Windows XP workstation causing a delay in writing data back to the server in a timely manner. I don't fully understand this stuff, but the concept is very, very scary. Here is the URL to a document that explains
