I downloaded your files and compiled your program. The results at first were indeed bizarre! When I launched the program with a /run=autorun, it kept running autorun over and over again.
Then I remembered that when you launch a CSK, it will copy all of your command line arguments from your current comet to the target, so it can get to your profile name.
So, I am certain you cannot launch with a /run= or some other command line argument and have it further launch other CSK files.
The solution to this problem is the oldest method we have and that is QSTARTX. If you copy the autorun program to qstartx, when you start comet, qstartx will execute in the first partition only and start all the other CSK's before running qmonitor.
I tried this and it is the behavior you wanted.
Keep in mind that qstartx starts before qmonitor in the first partition and its DABs are the configured directories.
ps. I also tried a CSW file, but I can't figure out how to give it a profile name.
