I had not thought of just killing the service.
(Course, running this on Vista is probably going to pop up a UAC ??)

I was planing on enumerating the windows and sending keystokes, till I just found that Sending an ALT-F4, still produces the "Are you Sure you want to" Message Box, to which I would have had to click the ok button on also.
