One difference between QSPOOL4 and HTMLPTR is that the display file has a ".htm" extension rather than a ".html" extension. Try the browser view again. Watch in the folder where your Comet spool is configured and see if the .htm file is created. Maybe you don't have a program associated with the ".htm" extension? The file is simply launched.
