First test using ERASE DOS FILE was successful.
Inquiring minds are curious where the seemingly magic translation of the function occurs on the client or server.

Side question
The path function will return 254 characters.
The sample for ERASE DOS FILE uses FILENAME$ with a size of 64.
Is that a true limitation of the ERASE DOS FILENAME that the path/filename can only be 64 characters?
