The magic happens between Cosh and CFAM. If the UNC path name corresponds to one of the servers that CFAM is talking to, the dos call will be passed on to the server. If not, a local dos call will be executed.
A path name of 64 bytes is NOT the limit. A 254 byte string should work just as well.
