CometAnywhere disconnecting

My client is having problems with both CometAnywhere servers disconnecting at about 9am every morning. Each of the servers is a Citrix server, one with 59 CAW session and the other with 60 sessions.
As far as I know there are no errors reported, the sessions just stop responding (Comet is running as a service on both servers). By stopping and restarting the service,they come back on line and run fine for the rest of the day. Running Cometserve 8.02 and Comet 2008.388.
I will be on site next week. If you could let me know what log files I should check and any Windows logs I should interrogate. I have a feeling that it may be an external environment thing as it seems to occur at the same time each day.
Also did the faxptr DES project ever get up and running. I would like to be able to fax pdf files.
