No Error 99's in the Comet error log. I checked the Comet cfig and all directories are "C" type. No other apps are reading or writing to the Comet data files or Qdirs. Only one machine is running CometServer programs.
This morning I re-booted their server and temporarily disabled Norton Corporate Anti-virus (on the server). The anti-virus program is the only other program that I can think of that maybe causing a conflict with the Comet files. We have been using Norton Anti-virus on most of our servers running along side of Comet for years without any problems. We are also running both Norton AV and Comet Server 2008 on the server in our office since May with no problems.
No calls so far from the customer. Maybe it is a conflict between Norton AV and CometServer2008 and we're just not seeing in in our office?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
