Surely you remember our old nemesis, E9B! As a matter of fact, if you search the forum for 9B you'll find several posts with your name on them. It generally indicates that the client lost connection with the server. This could be caused by a variety of things - software or hardware. Which version of the file server are they on? We corrected some disconnect problems in CFAMNetServe a few releases back that could have exhibited as E9B.
