I am setting up a new Vista PC.
Attemping to have one 'Admin' user and one 'standard' user.
(I never did this under XP, just had all Admin)
I have been unable to find the correct location to have the cosw.ini located for each user.
I have tried a number of folders under \users\[username]
and have not hit upon the correct place yet.
Each time Comet is started it apparently does not find the COSW.ini I want it to, and it
creates a new one in \ProgramData\Signature Systems\
Also I saw an option in command line setting /INI that is supposed to allow the location of the cosw.ini
file to be specified, but the doc has no details on how to use it.

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
