EMAILPTR problem

An end-user just reported an Error 9B, Server Transport Error, trying to run a report to the Email Printer. Current program was
EMAILPTR, Lun was EML25335 on TMP. User addresses were 00B5-00F9.
They are running C2K7 382. This is a program that has been in and running for a few months now, though the last time they ran it was on
July 3rd. No updates or installations recently. 06.03 REL/UTL
