E9B suggests the client lost connection to the server. This can be caused by either software or hardware problems. I think the first thing we have to rule out is the software. The customer needs to get up to date on Comet (.388 is the latest 2007 release), at least to REL 8.00 because of EmailPtr changes that were made, and on the latest Server if they're not on 8.02 yet. A problem with disconnects was corrected in version 8.01.
