If you are talking about c:\users under Vista, that has been on every Vista system I have seen.
None of my Vista systems are currently joining a domain.

When you stay 'installs', are you saying that your COSW.ini is now under C:\users ?
What is the full path cosw.ini is ending up in ?

Are you sure you are looking at the real path and not Vista shortcuts ?


BTW, I am running with UAC turned on and I am not getting any UAC messages, guess thats because I have comet installed locally.
