With regards to SF. In mid July, a system admin guy locked out chunks of SF's new multi-million $ computer system and no one had access. They threw the Admin guy in jail where he still refused to give up the main password. This lasted for weeks. Just do a google on it. At California level, the state payroll guy is refusing to change all pay rates to minimum because it's written in Cobol and it would take too long to make the change (6 months or more). With my payroll system, I could change the rates by mid-morning. Just define the job class codes affected and press ENTER. Think of TEST4 speeds. California dreaming on a winter's day...
