The tape was labeled 8/5/08, but dum8-a55 kept the same tape in the tape drive and it got used next couple days. They'll never admit it. Happens all the time.
I got a better one TODAY! Go to cleit site haven't been to in months. On my way out, I get asked to check the backups on server. I've got this 'deer in the headlights' glare on my face as I see the most recent backup is from Feb 14,2008. I ask if anything has been done to the computer and find out they loaded Norton security and no other changes. For some reason, the scheduled backups (Microsoft backup program) are all gone. I ask, when the install took place...... wait for it..... Feb 15th!... arrrrr
