It sounds like the IMAGE indicator in #CFILES is not on. I'd suggest installing the latest UTL (8.06). Then reconvert the data dictionary by using the utility in DbMgr. If they've already made a lot of changes to the dictionary since the original conversion so you don't want to reconvert, I'll try to tell you how to change the record manually.
